 Dalam pengembalian pakaian tamu diperlukan guest list laundry yang sudah dipackinglalu dimasukkan ke laundry plastic. Dan yakinkan untuk mengecek jumlah pakaian apakah sama dengan yg tertera di laundry list agar tidak adanya komplain

LS: good ............., I'm ........... as a laundry service for today. I sent your laundry with the guest lead name .........., In room number ........., Is that correct?

G: yes, that's me

LS : well, mr/miss/mrs....... Here is your laundry with express/ one day/ special Service, and your items such as One shirt, one trousers also one t shirt. Is that correct??

G: yes,that's correct

LS: well, please check it first

G: okay, here is my laundry

LS: well, the total price your laundry is ......... Include with 21% goverment tax, is it fine?? 

G: okay, i accept it

LS: please sign here

G: okay. 

LS: you can pay your bill in front office when you wanna check out from our hotel,  please bring this bill. So, is there anything else may i assist you??

G : i think that's enough

LS: well, mr/miss/mrs....... I'm ...... As a laundry service. Thank you and have a nice day.
